Bulls like this don't come along every day and when they do the old saying is "Buyem".  Well unfortunately we could not get that done but lucky we had the opportuntiy to still access his genetics for our breeding and flushing program into the future.  His parents are of legendary status with both Linedrive and Neva leaving their mark on the Simmental breed now and into the future!

With the loss of 14T last summer we needed a replacement walking bull for our black program.  47U was a calf we liked at Brian's all along with his natural thickness and easy nature.  He was part of the champion pen of three at Agribition in 2008 with 56U above and we believe he will continue to move our black program in the right direction. 

 A stacked pedigree with Kansas Tank, Neva and Honey Dew all in one package, 47U has what it takes.  Probably one of the thickest bulls as a yearling that we laid our eyes on last spring.  47U also carries a high tenderness score so future offspring and feeder cattle should make the grade!

All of our walking herdsires have been purchased from reputation breeders over the last number years in SW Manitoba and SE Saskatchewan.  Most of our breeding is done naturally in the pasture so they have to go out and get the job done.  As we would expect of the bulls we sell as yearlings.  Alot of our pastureland is hilly valley land so the bulls have to be able to move out well and cover some ground as well as the cows.
